Greetings ! I hope all is well with you and your organization… I met a gentleman, Named Nicolas Y, at a baptismal celebration “Glorifying and bragging “ about this organization, and why it will be beneficial to change my Primary Care from Kaiser Permanente to Welby Health Center for many reasons. He got my undivided attention, (as well as the guest sitting next to me, a Senior Citizen). He explained all the great services and benefits included for Medicare recipient. Well, I took the time and liberty to do some research on this so called “Amazing” Medical organization. To my surprise, I discovered via certain websites, written comments from recent or current members and their loved ones, posting not very good comments pertaining to the “Integrity” of this organization….Poor Customer Servi

So let me start by saying that we initially thought that this would be good for my dad because of his numerous doctors appointments. His health is serious and we needed help. My sister and I and my daughter and niece were all taking turns in getting him to his appointments. Which requires taking time off our jobs. Not always easy to do. So, we decided to give WelbeHealth a try. We were sold on the fact that he would be getting PT/OT and they can take him to and from his specialist Dr appointments. We meet up with everyone 1st week of July. The did an evaluation and did blood work. Etc etc.. They picked him up a couple of times during this month of July for on site appointments. The last appointment which they came and picked him up was on 7/24. He went to the center and just sat around the

Denied my patience rights to have surgery. Kept canceling my apt until it was to late leaving me with facial paralysis

So far at the San Jose center it's been very enjoyable. However one area of concern is the transportation department, that person and whoever is in charge of the scheduling the drivers needs to be replaced, or at least retrained. Made me miss my doctors appointment. 😢
