Weis Pharmacy

The only pharmacy we will use. Alway friendly and eager to answer any questions we have. Dropping off prescriptions is easy as could be. It's also nice to get a call when they are ready for pick up!

Could not have been more impressed with how professional and helpful pharmacy staff were when I called. I spoke with Morgan, she was able to contact my father’s insurance company and get a price that was 95% less than a comparable pharmacy.

Always an issue. Latest one vet called in antibiotics for my dog still didn’t fill it. He’s sick now we need to wait till tomorrow? After we called them 3x. And they don’t answer phone. It better be ready never will use them again. They Suck! They also can have a better attitude. I’m not a happy camper. Only want to get the meds started. Should have used Walmart. Always efficient and pleasant.

UPDATED REVIEW, one year later: I am now on a first name basis with everyone who works there. They are always so professional and helpful. I'm so glad I switched! No regrets! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Well I was nervous because I haven't had many good pharmacy experiences in a few years. This is actually what brought me to trying Weis - bad customer service from somewhere else. Courtney answered the phone the first time I called and she was incredibly helpful and professional. When I went in to pick up the Rx, they were so nice and apologetic for the wait time and just so very professional. I hope they are always this way and it isn't a one-off. I do update my reviews so if it turns out they are as bad as who I left I will definitely post here. But I don't think they will. Something tells me this

Do not pick this pharmacy the most important medicine they will make u wait days to get they tell u its there they call u tell u it there then when u get there wait 15 min and hour later yojr comin back the next day then the next day
