Amazing ,love love love. So happy to feel like I'm in a small town old school Dr. Office where they know you. I spent 1st visit 2 1/2 hrs with them getting to know me and everything .Amazing . My husband 31/2 hrs but he needs more care. I feel very blessed and hope they stay small so they know their patients before looking at computer than walking in room. Maybe I should keep them to myself.❤️

Haven't seen a primary care dr in quite some time, I decided to give this small place a try and glad I did Barbara Endsley is amazing she actually seemed like she genuinely cared. Pleasant visit to the end and very fast and proficient. Completely satisfied!! Thank you all for your great care.♡

Barbara prescribed my sister a medication that she had a bad reaction to, my sister went back to her office and Barbara said sorry there was nothing she could do and sent her to the hospital.. and made sure she still paid for the Dr's visit! As for the receptionist Taylor, she is the RUDEST person and should NOT be at the front desk of any office. Not friendly at all. Neither my sister or I go there anymore, we switched to Heart of Florida where the building is actually clean and the staff aren't rude people.

Worse office staff ever made me get authorization for tests they ordered never gave me antibiotics for my uti The girl that answers the phone is rude and puts you on hold forever. Being an RN i have medical knowledge and understand the way things should be done I feel bad for the older patients who dont know. I was actually there to drop off the fax number for lake imaging so the could fax the request for testing and witnessed the rudeness to an older couple. Dont go there if you can avoid it. Day 6 and still no call about my urinary tract infection

STAY AWAY FROM THERE ONE OF THE WORST DR OFFICES EVER RUDE WE I was told I front of my husband who was being seen as well your husband does not want a demented wife ( because I took a medicine he said would cause me to forget things) he questioned me why do you think you are a type 1 diabetic ( Pancreas quit over 20 yrs ago I had a endocrinologist who dx me this Dr office said I was type 2 ) I had to take my paperwork up because they changed my DX ! Unbelievable I'm from nursing never in my life have I seen such idioocrocy needless to say ONE AND DONE !!!
