Bought a Groupon and was rushed through the first visit—no real consultation, just a prescription and surprise fees over $100. Every follow-up felt repetitive, and a Zoom call started 30 minutes late with a doctor who wasn’t even briefed. Disorganized, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle. Save your time and order meds online. So Frustrating and Overpriced!

Terrible decision I made giving this place a chance. Today I reported it to Groupon I hope I get a full refund. A lady that showed up after me was received first though my appointments is prior to her. The women that work here have zero class.

I highly recommend weight loss MD This new location and staff are way better Diana made me feel welcomed since the beginning over the phone, until now in the office! very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, same for the other girls there. 17lbs down in 2 months So thankful for them.

I have been coming to Weight Loss MD for 3 months with great success! Diana in the front office is wonderful and welcoming. Because they take walk-ins it’s very convenient to come according to my changing schedule. Highly recommend!
