Great service, very helpful pharmacists and employees

Zero 🌟 . I do not recommend them at all. I came here for 10 years from other side of the town because they used to be the best. But this past year it's always something. I don't know what changed but they keep missing an item or out of stock or forget to order prescription. Last month I had to pick up a device to ✔️ my blood glucose level I was given a broken device so I called the pharmacy right away and I was told I should call the manufacturer. Oh ya 😏 Then today I was at doctor office they ordered 2 prescription one was given to me the other one was not filled because according to pharmacy they called my doctor for a question but was unsuccessful so the provider talked to them infront of me to make sure everything gets sorted it out. But guess what I came home to find out I was given

Dustin helped me with my pharmacy order. He was very kind and helped me with the best attitude you could have as a customer service representative. Couldn’t appreciate his help anymore. It gave me an amazing representation on what you should experience with calling your pharmacy.

I have no problems with this Wegman’s pharmacy. I get refill reminders via text, the staff have always been helpful and polite to me, and I plan to keep coming here for my prescriptions.
