Wegmans Pharmacy

You really can’t do any better than this pharmacy. The employees are really helpful and they do their very best to fill things as quickly and efficiently as possible. They are busy in their alliance, but that’s not their problem. Use mail, delivery, people, where you can and ease the burden for them and yourself!

I received a text message asking if I wanted my prescription filled. I replied yes I went in four days later and the prescription still was not filled the ridiculous excuse that I heard was that they wanted to give me time to make sure that I wanted the script filled, so basically when they send you a text, they’re asking you if you kind of sort of maybe want to have the prescription filled. The person I dealt with, became very rude when I pointed this out.

Very helpful customer service even after I forgot to pick up my medications, they were able to fill in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful technicians and clerks. Always a pleasure to visit.

When it comes to renewing my medication, they are always off. Which is annoying. You'd think they would find a way and correct it but no, it's always WRONG. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I am fortunate to have my prescriptions filled at the Penfield Wegmans. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to learn my name, which I appreciate. I trust the pharmacists and they always have answers to my questions. I appreciate that I have the option to ask questions in person and on the phone. This is a busy store but the pharmacists and other staff never make me feel rushed. I feel that I am cared for as a patient and as a whole person. In fact, one of the pharmacists literally saved my life when she was an intern as I was given medications at the emergency room that would have interacted with an established medication I was taking.
