The initial consultation was great, which is why I chose to pay for a three-month plan. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been very disappointing. Over the past week, I’ve had multiple appointments canceled and have not been able to begin treatment. Communication has also been inconsistent. When calls are missed, I often receive texts asking how they can help, but after responding there is usually no follow-up. The phone also frequently goes unanswered during business hours. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service at Weeks Wellness and have requested a refund.

I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. I've already spoken with my primary doctor and my physical therapist (who recommended Weeks Wellness) about my concerns with this practice. My physical therapist told me I was the second person who has told her about their unsatisfactory experience. I doubt she will be recommending them to other patients. I have contacted Weeks Wellness to get a refund of $250 (after only one visit) and I get crickets. NOTHING. They have not responded to my inquiries at all. So if they respond to this review with "please contact our customer service so we can find a solution". Forget it. I've already contacted you and I've had no replies AT ALL. So for others, just stay away.

Started pelvic floor therapy about 3 months postpartum which was $275. I arrived 10 mins late, we talked the entire appt, did a brief evaluation of my SI joint area, then the appt ended early. Though I was highly disappointed, I decided to give it a second shot later in my postpartum journey. They seemed kind while answering questions about the various plan options ( $3300 for 12 weeks and $1700 for 6 weeks). They told me I could choose to individually pay for sessions ($315 for 50 mins) or get a plan, but when I decided to finally go with individual payments and proceed with booking an appt, they later texted “maybe you should find a provider that fits your budget”.
