Weekend Emergency Dental

Staff and doctor are friendly. This is an ER service, so like any ER be prepared to wait. From the moment I walked in with a cracked molar, to the time I walked out with a temporary crown it was 3.5hrs. And like any ER, the price is a little steep. The crown service cost me almost $700 more than my normal dentist. But what can you do in an emergency. It would be nice if they would discount the price of the X-rays off your bill, if you choose to do service with them. The doctor is quick, because he has to see so many patients. I feel like this leads to miscommunication. I was given no information other than not to really floss that area. I didn't even know what additional questions to ask because I had no idea my gum line had to be cut. I was very shocked and scared when I got home

So thankful to have found Weekend Emergency Dental! They were a lifesaver for me. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to Dr. Kwon was genuine & compassionate. I needed an emergency root canal, it was not in my budget but their financing options made it easy. I highly recommend this office for all your weekend dental emergencies!! I recently had a tooth extraction due to a severe toothache and infection, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Kwon was incredibly professional, quick, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. He explained each step as he went, which made me feel calm and confident, and he also provided clear after-care instructions so I knew exactly what to expect once I got home. Marisa was an amazing assistant — very kind, attentive, and patient with all my questions. Brent at the front desk also made everything smooth and stress-free by guiding me through the payment process step by step. Tooth extraction. I am compelled to leave a good review. I had a very very badly infected molar. (This molar also had a root canal years ago.). I saw the dentist, I think his name is Kwon Myoungsoo. He was a middle aged Asian gentleman. I’ve been to many dentists, and this place and the staff was solid. I went in pretty nervous man due to bad experiences I’ve had in other unrelated places. It was short and sweet dude. They x-ray and then diagnose, and they’re going to show you everything, and they’re going to give you your options. Staff was good and attentive.
