I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this behavioral health clinic. There is a major lack of communication between staff. I was told one thing over the phone, but when I came in person, I was given completely different information. The providers did not seem interested in understanding what I was going through. Instead of offering real support or taking time to listen, it felt like they only wanted to prescribe medication and send me on my way. The front desk staff were also rude and unprofessional. They talked over me, would not listen, and I even overheard them speaking poorly about patients. Overall, I have not felt heard or respected at this clinic. Seeking mental health care is already difficult, and this experience has only made my mental health worse. I truly hope th

The receptionist at the Primary Care desk at JMTC has consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior. Each time I visit, she does not acknowledge patients standing directly in front of her, nor does she look up to greet or assist them. When we attempt to check in or ask a question, she acts as if we are bothering her and often responds with an attitude. She has even waved people off with her hands in a dismissive manner. Improved customer service skills are urgently needed at this desk, or she should not be assigned to a customer-facing position.

I feel bad for any service members or family members that get stationed here that have any medical issues. Nobody in this hospital is capable of the most simple tasks. Every time I have to interact with any dept here I'm impressed by their incompetence. Fortunately they lack the personnel and equipment to do anything more than a bandaid so the refer everyone out... Unfortunately everything is a 2-3 hr drive from here. Seems like the building only exists to provide the illusion of medical care at this duty station.

this has to be one of the worst ERs in the country. i came in because my knee was the size of a grapefruit and i could barely walk on it and have a family history of knee problems and i spent more time waiting for the doctor and discharge papers than i spent being seen. when i was seen (for quite literally 2 minutes) i was told "yeah doesn't feel right but just go home and take pain meds." in what world is that healthcare, i'm not coming here again unless i'm actively dying and even then i think they might just send me home with an acetaminophen prescription and a sticker.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. This place is the staple of frauds in the military medical industry. Playing ring a round with clinics that don't talk to each other for almost AN ENTIRE YEAR is not how you should treat someone needing care. That is pathetic. Not to mention half the staff isn't even in office when you call them, and the fact that they have the AUDACITY to talk to you however they want. The appointment line personnel are very rude 90% of the time and schedule you for APPOINTMENTS THAT THEY DENY YOU ANYWAYS WHEN YOU GET THERE. Causing you to waste your time, effort, and money, and maybe a little sanity too. This is by far the WORST medical experience I have ever had, and that's a pretty low bar already. I'm positive that I'm not the only one who now suffers life
