Wee Care Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

Every time I have brought my children in whether it be for a cleaning or procedure the staff have always been welcoming and supportive. My children are happy and excited to go to the dentist. I never feel like an appointment has been rushed through like some of the other dentist cleanings my kids have had done. Would recommend one hundred percent!

Been to wee Care dental multiple times. They act like they can't update your information with the info they already had. Syracuse had no issues with it so I'm assuming they have lazy front desk people in Layton. They didn't even have allergies saved in the patient chart. That's just dangerous in my opinion. We literally had just been in 3 months ago and they are treating us like new patients. So I left and rescheduled for Syracuse who didn't act like they didn't know us. They had all my kids information. You would think it was the same company

The entire staff is just always so happy and friendly. I've never been made to feel like a burden or they are mad I'm there, which I feel is the case at most dental offices. My kids absolutely love the entire staff. On our most recent visit we got in the car and our 4 year old screamed "that was so much fun!". By far the best dental experience I've ever come across.

Terrible experience with the front desk receptionist, I believe her name was Savannah. I came in during my lunch hour and had already been checked in by another front desk receptionist. However, Savannah refused the appointment because she could not find my dental insurance in their system. I provided the name of my dental insurance, and she proceeded to ask for my Social Security number in front of a full waiting room. I typed it on my phone, but she still failed to locate my information. I believe my information may not have been entered correctly. The front desk staff should receive more proper training on how to assist patients professionally and respectfully.

My kids received dental care from the Layton office. After keeping our account pay in full, received a huge bill requesting more money. Was told that a "random audit" was done after realizing a system error. Audit went back three years. Inquired about the amount and was sent to collections before receiving an answer back. An additional amount was added to our balance in late fees and collection fees that the office refused to waive, though they were in error due to poor book keeping and lack of communication. Won't ever go back. Unethical and difficult to work with.
