Dr Crabtree is a fantastic doctor who is compassionate and thorough. The practice is very busy and it is difficult to schedule. I schedule my visits 6 months ahead when I can. I read reviews that they have had difficulty refilling prescriptions. I have never had this problem. If you keep your follow up appointments and the medication is appropriate, Dr Crabtree always refills it. She calls the following day with blood work and test results and discusses the findings. Dr Crabtree is not taking new patients which tells you how busy she is with patients who adore her.

I have been a patient of Dr Crabtree's for over about 20 years. She helped discover my epilepsy, expressed concern about a hormone imbalance and is quick to respond with test results. She has sent me to great referral doctors too. I do not have enough good things to say about this doctor and her staff. While it is a very busy practice, she never rushes and is very thorough. Having a GP you can trust is integral to a health life.

Dr Shawn Crabtree and staff as well as Mandi in Patient Relations have put my health at risk to the point I am getting ready to be hospitalized for the second time due to their negligence in my opinion. I’ve told them without my medication in which I’ve been taking for 6+ years I am at high risk for seizure and stroke. They know this and since Atlantic has been sued before they are being extra careful legally but if I end up hospitalized I want this documented that they had advance notice. Please do your research on this Medical Center and Atlantic Health. I wouldn’t want anyone to go thru the discrimination and health problems I’ve gone thru. It’s disheartening how the medical System is set up. In my opinion profits over health is what they allegedly believe in. I will do everything I can

Great doctor (Dr. Crabtree), and the staff and nurses are always very kind to me. I have been going here for years and am very happy with them as my primary care provider.

I found that dealing with the office staff is very disappointing. I recently had an appointment with the doctor. I had called to confirm my appoint a couple of days before my appointment. When I went in for my appointment, the staff had told me that my appointment had been cancelled because " I did not confirm my appointment". I confirmed my appointment. I don't recommend using this doctor in the future.
