Weddington Animal Hospital

We have had such a great experience working with Weddington Animal Hospital and could not recommend them enough. We’ve worked most closely with Dr Meg Walker, and she’s warm, professional, compassionate, and we have been so thankful for her clinical expertise in working through our kitty’s health concerns. She’s great at communicating her clinical thinking well and with grace, while also being realistic. We’re also so appreciative of her follow-through, check-ins, and patience in answering all of our questions. It feels like she truly cares. We’ve also worked with Dr Williams and are grateful for his clinical expertise, concern and understanding, and check-ins as well. He is great at what he does. Best bet around!! All 3 veterinarians are so caring and very diligent. They answer all questions and call you to see how pup is doing. Super patient with questions and have never had a problem. My two pups get great care here! I Go to Dr. Faulkner or Dr. Williams!!

We moved from Phoenix to Charlotte and had a hard time finding a veterinarian we could trust completely. I am so grateful that we found Dr. Meg Walker. She is incredibly kind, provides excellent care, and always follows up after our visits. I feel truly happy and relieved knowing that Jasmine and Romeo are in such wonderful hands. We couldn’t have asked for better care.

They’ve been great with our adopted German Shepherd who can be quite timid at the vet. Our previous vet was so rude about our dog and gave me anxiety just bringing her in. Glad to have found Weddington instead. We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.

So yesterday after having a full week of my dog Bruce's health issues. Dr. Walker and staff put Bruce down. Ive put 3 loving dogs down before Bruce. It was the kindest experience yet. i really think they care. i was heartbroken but they made it different. Bruce was wrapped in his dog blanket... and this sweet vet tech asked me do i what to offer a chocolate muffin to him? im like really? Bruce ate some of it...had not eaten anything in 3 days.... i have to give Dr. Walker and staff 5 stars for their treatment of Bruce in his final hour. id absolutely recommend this office.
