This is the time of extreme corporate greed, stay vigilant. I called to refill my retinol medication and they sent me half the size at the same price I paid out of pocket. Then tried to gaslight to thinking I ordered the same half size last time when I specifically ordered 60g. I had to email them a picture of the 2 medication bottles side to side to show the new one was half the size and still denied sending me 60g. My other medication also surprisingly doubled in copay price as well but they explained this by saying my insurance only covered less this time around.

This pharmacy sent daughter the very prescription we’ve worked so hard for them NOT to send to us. We are stuck with a medicine that DOES NOT work for my daughter until Monday business hours. Poor customer service and staff does not know what they are doing. When I was called for a payment no one told me the medicine that was prescribed to my daughter was unavailable and that they would be sending something else. I tried to support a small business, but this is really my last straw. I will be switching back to CVS after I get my refund for this medicine that was NOT PRESCRIBED to my daughter and her prescription released from this careless pharmacy.

I wasn't sure about using a non big box pharmacy but they have the best customer service l! I mistakenly forgot to update my address and didn't realize until the day of the delivery. They took care of everything within minutes!! Thank you! Keep up the good work

My prescription was scheduled to be sent to me the DAY I needed to take my medication. Luckily, a gentleman was able to change the shipping day and I will be getting it tomorrow!!! Thank you so much excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service. Horrible communication skills. Y’all need someone to be able to contact over the weekend. Y’all sent the wrong medication and tied up the prescription which prevented insurance/third parties to correct y’all mistake. We went without medication over the weekend because of y’all’s mistake. Put on the shoes of your customers and do better to them. We finding another pharmacy.
