Weakley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My name is Lisa Reyes I’m a patient here an everyone has been so nice and sweet I really have not felt so welcome I suffer from social anxiety but since being here with the staff I’m handling fine

My only advice is to find another nursing home! The staff is amazing just not enough help. The food is horrible to say the least! The new owner raised the prices and the residents don't get anything in return. My only advice is take care of your loved one as long as possible and look for a better home

I've enjoyed being here. I want to thank all of my therapists for being so patient with me and being understanding. I have learned so much from them to help me when I go home. The facility is very welcoming and everyone is so kind.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the care and compassion the staff showed to my mother during her stay. I would highly recommend Weakley Rehabilitation and Nursing Home to any family looking for a facility for their loved one.

Great facility to be at! They love their patients. I love my therapists. I have improved so much since I have been here.
