I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was born, and she’s almost 10 years old now. I truly love the doctors and the new nurse practitioner they’ve always taken great care of her. The reason I didn’t give five stars is due to a scheduling issue today. As a busy working mom, I called first thing this morning to make an appointment because my daughter was sick. I was told I had to call back after 1:00 PM in order to schedule an appointment for after 3:00. I explained that I had a work meeting during that time and asked if I could call at noon instead, but I was told it had to be after 1:00. Unfortunately, I had a meeting from 1:00–2:00 and a dentist appointment at 2:00, and I had to excuse myself from my dentist appointment just to make the call. This could have been avoided if the ap

Dr. Jaliawala is a wonderful doctor who is truly committed to her individual patients needs. While there always exists a standard of care to be followed, she is able to make that work with your child’s needs. Thankful for the time she has put in making my child comfortable seeing doctors. He doesn’t have a fear of going to his appointments and I know that is because Dr. J listens to him, adapts, and puts him at ease. I’m honestly very disappointed with the experience at this We Care Pediatric The Docor OTTO was extremely rude and dismissive, and the medical assistant was openly disrespectful. Any time I tried to explain my concerns, they spoke over me instead of listening. It felt like my child and I weren’t being taken seriously at all. I requested important paperwork, including a medical necessity letter, and not only was it done incorrectly, but they also falsely stated that my son did not have a developmental disorder or disability. After I questioned it, they apologized for attaching that statement, but this should never have happened in the first place. Accuracy matters, and so does respect. Dr J is the absolute best! All of the doctors are good, but she’s our favorite! I have been taking my kids here for the last twenty years & now my Granddaughter goes here.

I've been bringing my children here for a few years and, overall, we've had mostly positive experiences with the staff and many of the providers. However, I feel compelled to share ongoing concerns about Dr. Otto and Dr. Klein-Chast, whose bedside manner is consistently rude, dismissive, and condescending. Dr. Otto frequently talks over me and doesn’t offer clear or helpful guidance. Years ago, I told her it was hard getting my son to eat vegetables, and she bluntly told me to "just force him" instead of offering any practical solutions. When my daughter had stomach pain, Dr. Otto gave no answers — we had to go to the ER for proper treatment. More recently, she misdiagnosed a sudden rash that appeared on my son’s upper body in just two hours. She said it was eczema, then changed it to a f
