Thank you so much for taking care of my Dennis the last two weeks. He had excellent care when he was at this facility and seems to be getting stronger a little each day. He was very happy there, and we couldn't have asked for more loving care. You were such a blessing to us during this trying time in our lives. We both highly recommend you and appreciate it immensely.

Waynesboro Post Acute & Rehab is a loving and caring facility whom treats each of their patients like family. They have done wonderful renovations to the facility to accommodate more residents in a more home like setting. If your loved one is looking to be engaged they have many wonderful activities daily and love to celebrate every holiday! Their community outreach and involvement is amazing. Their up to date social media will keep you involved on what your love ones are a part of every week. Come check them out when considering a new home for yourself or loved one.

I am so thankful that Granny was able to stay at Waynesboro Health and Rehab. She was there for almost 2 years, and she thrived! They always had an activity going on or a church service and always had the residents involved, which is wonderful! My Granny loved to be busy! The staff always went above and beyond for her and were always so kind and friendly not only to her, but to the family as well. Our community is so very fortunate to have Waynesboro Health and Rehab!

Waynesboro Post Acute and Rehabilitation worked miracles with my mom. My mom has been physically declining to the point where she needed help with even the simplest of tasks. She struggles with resilience and tends to give in rather than work through when circumstances are hard. The therapists worked diligently and got my mom walking again and taught her how to dress and shower herself, make her bed, self ambulate from bed to chair, etc. I am beyond grateful for the encouragement and care and kindness my mom received.
