I normally don’t speak negatively about local healthcare facilities, but my recent experience with Waverly Health Care Urgent Care deserves to be addressed. I scheduled a sports physical for my daughter several days in advance for 10:00 AM today. Yet, only an hour before the appointment, I received a call informing me that the time had been double-booked and we would now need to reschedule for next week. This is completely unacceptable. Their scheduling error now requires me to take additional time off work to fix their mistake. What’s even more disappointing is that the staff member who called didn’t offer a genuine apology or show any concern—just a dismissive “today’s not going to work; you’ll have to reschedule.” This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is extremely

I actively avoid coming here as much as humanly possible. There has been many times that the staff has a very bad attitude and is very rude. It just feels like a toxic environment. It's not what you'd want to bring your kiddos into if they're not feeling well. It's very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I won't put myself or my kid in environments that aren't healthy. The blonde lady who was either a manager or just really controlling at the front desk, she's always rude. She seems like she hates her life. If you don't enjoy your job and cannot treat people nicely then why are you working there? You're creating a bad work space and environment for everyone. You can feel the negativity even if you don't speak. That is not a healthy way to run a work environment especially one that deals with

From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with love and care. The doctor and nurses that work here are top tier !! Thank you guys for taking such great care of my family every time we walk through the door.

I am so happy I found this clinic. I moved here from out of state and had to start over with a lot of different health issues. They helped me navigate these issues each step of the way.
