Waukegan Immediate Care

Came down with bronchitis over the weekend, stopped there Monday afternoon as a first time patient. Pleasantly surprised how quickly Dr.Patel saw me. I was expecting to wait hours, but the whole experience from visit to being home and taking my meds was only 90 minutes! Dr. Patel and the whole staff had a caring bedside manner and attitude. Dr.Patel did a thorough examination and questioned me in detail before prescribing Rx, and encouraged me to call the office back if I didn't feel better. The facility is neat, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommend if you're in need of urgent care.

The services have improved since our visit a few years ago. Dr. Patel took the time to thoroughly evaluate my son and answered all of my questions —much more than the other urgent cares we visited in the past couple of weeks. He diagnosed and treated him exactly as he should have. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Nice doctor better than our regular pediatrician and physician. The visits are quick & effective. He is very cooperative with young kids who are irritated due to illness. We have visited him multiple times for multiple problems, always a smooth experience 😎

My daughter was running a fever, it was sunday and this was one of the few places open. As soon as I walked in the front desk lady was extremely rude and hostile!!! If you don’t like your job find another one. Shes the face of the company!!!! Do better!!!! One of the reasons i decide not to take the service and go somewhere else!!

I went to Waukegan Immediate Care to update my blood work for my Synthroud medication for hypothyroidism. The very next day Dr. Patel faxed one 3 month prescription to Eagle Pharmacy in Florida and indicated no change to my 50mcg prescription. I am now out of my pills and he refused this morning to ok one more prescription for me and insisted I come in for another blood draw, another copay, etc. Waukegan Immediate Care overcharged my copay by $30.00 on May 28 and they promised to refund the $30.00 overcharge, but never sent the check. I drove to their facility on Friday, September 5 and told them I was there for the promised check. I had to wait in waiting room while they "looked into it" and finally was handed a check for the $30.00 overcharge. I immediately drive to Third Fifth Bank to c
