⭐️ Zero stars if that were an option. I called with a few basic questions about compounding, and the attitude I got from the lady the moment the phone was answered was… impressive, and not in a good way. When I asked if I could ask a few questions, the response was a snarky, “Well, I’m waiting for the questions,” as if I was already inconveniencing her just by existing. If this is the tone used for a first impression—someone calling specifically to learn about your services—I can’t imagine what actual customers deal with. You might want to remember that answering questions is literally part of the job, and being pleasant costs nothing. Many of the people who call are literally sick or dealing with someone who is sick. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I cannot recommend Wauconda Pharmacy highly enough. After struggling with chronic pain . From the very first interaction, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain the process and ensured everything was just right. The custom pain compound they made for me has been absolutely transformative. If you are in need of a specialized medication, especially for pain management, look no further. Wauconda Pharmacy provides a level of personalized care and expertise that is truly rare.

The woman was very patient and polite explaining how to apply the medication to my cat’s ears. The meds appear to be working! The price was very reasonable. I will continue to do business with this pharmacy!
