Watts Professional Pharmacy

I was referred here by Kaiser in Watts during the strike, and I’m so grateful I was. This pharmacy is a small hidden gem. Even though it’s a smaller location, the pharmacist and his technician were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I only waited a few minutes to be helped, which was such a relief compared to the long wait times happening elsewhere right now. What really stood out to me was the level of customer care. I was greeted with a smile, and the pharmacist took his time explaining my medications and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Very unprofessional at first it was my go to pharmacy but now the pharmacist is mainly in a bad mood does not let u explain the reasons for calling he basically clicks the phone in your face and the staff takes for ever just to refill a simple medication
