Watrous Physical Therapy

I have been seeing Ilene regularly for almost a decade now and it has changed my life. I had worked with other physical therapists and doctors on trying to get my headaches and migraines under control for years, but after working with Ilene I realized I wasn't doing the right kind of physical therapy. I didn't need repetitions or ibuprofen every morning for my daily headache, I needed someone who really understands the body and what can be causing imbalances and who knows how to treat them. I have been seeing Ilene as needed for a few years. After decades of computer use, my neck and shoulder were in near constant daily pain.
