Watkins Glen Family Dentistry and Implant Center

I recently switched to Watkins Glen Family Dentistry after feeling unheard at my previous office, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Dr. H and his team were amazing. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but they made me feel completely at ease. The hygienists and doctor walked me through every step, explained what they were doing, and answered all of my (many!) questions without any judgment. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and want you to feel comfortable and informed. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety or just wants a team that truly listens, I can’t recommend Watkins Glen Family Dentistry enough.

Dr. H has taken great care of my entire family including 2 young boys, one of which needed a tooth removed. Dr. H took his time and was gentle. The office is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable making each visit enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone as a new patient for their entire family.

I have been a patient at this office since I was a kid and am very nervous when it comes to dentists because I was so comfortable with Dr. Shultz! Dr. Haentges was wonderful and it didn’t take long to become just as comfortable as I was with Dr. Shultz! Recommend to anybody looking for an amazing dentist. He’s also amazing with kids! I took my daughter to multiple dentists that specialized in kids and she was a hot mess express every time. Dr. Haentges made her feel so comfortable and calmed her right down and she now loves the dentist. Highly recommend him for a pediatric dentist as well.

Dr. Haentges and his staff are kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. I’ve had the best teeth cleaning experience here than any other dental office. Dr.Haentges takes time to get to know you and explains everything in perfect detail. I would highly recommend this office!

Secondary Edit because the owner is either continuing to lie or is covering for a Lying Receptionist: We WERE NOT offered to make a new appointment, and we absolutely DID NOT state that we may have made the appointment accordingly town. When the Receptionist suggested that that was the case, I told her it was not because the other Dentist in town is closed on Fridays (the day I was here unfortunately) So I highly recommend new patients stay away. Imagine thinking someone would go out of their way to lie and leave a bad review about their negative experience Edit because the company responded and is lying: I was not offered the option to make an appointment, and the appointment I had made was most certainly not with the other dentistry in town because they are not open on Fridays when I ha
