I just want to say Hilary Owens was my CNA instructor for Jan 2026 & she was AMAZING ! She made sure we were comfortable and took time to explain anything we did not understand . Hilary was patient and also very thorough in her teaching. When we went up for clinicals she was extremely helpful to the staff also being a great example of what being a team player looks like ! Thank you again Hilary ❤️ The staff that I encountered was also nice and helpful .
We were invited to go this center with our baby goats. (NY Goat Yoga helps to spread the benefits of animal therapy.) Their Activities Director is the one who invited us. You can tell the team there take great pride in caring for their residents. They host lovely activities for their residents and their families. It was a pleasure making their faces light up with baby goat loving!
This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. The residents are dirty. My love one sat in a dirty depends all day. His hair was always greasy and he was dirty. They do not know how to care for a person with diabetes. This is the worst place I have ever experienced. Unfortunately I did not have the power I need to get him moved.
I very highly recommend this facility. The Therapy department is fantastic. My husband went there for rehab after suffering a traumatic brain injury, a stroke and 2 fractures in his neck. They now have him walking, dressing himself and teaching him to make smart choices. Thanks to all their hard work he is coming home very soon. Everyone made him feel at home there. The kitchen staff does a great job making sure they have great meals. Everyone here goes above an beyond to make sure all residents needs are met. My husband wouldn't be where he is today if it wasn't for the dedication of this therapy staff. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart
My husband has been at this facility. I praise every individual here from the kitchen employees, laundry employees, Cleaning and maintenance, Full nursing staff, PT and OT, Dr. Jeffers, he had excellent care. Very clean building, excellent food, All office personnel was great and very understanding. I personally rate this place a 5 star. I can’t Thank everyone enough for all your compassion and gentleness for my husband. ♥️♥️
