This poor review is for one specific employee, Danielle, who is consistently rude and short on the phone. You can't ask any questions without her being completely condescending and directly giving you an answer. Apparently asking for status of life-saving drugs is inappropriate to ask a pharmacy. Do better and get someone with tact, patience, and kindness to answer your calls. In person, the rest of the staff is great, but I dread calling and having to deal with Danielle.

Rose is great to work with along with everyone else. Friendly staff & very helpful. Nothing better than your small town atmosphere.

Such a gem to have in our community. They always do their best to fill your prescriptions.

I wa introduced to this pharmacy while caring for a relative on hospice. Rose and staff are amazing, I highly recommend this team. If they accept my insurance, they have my business in the future.

The ONLY reason I give 2 stars is for its convenience. Otherwise, they have infuriated me twice. For some (political) reason, they refuse to carry Paxlovid. There is no other reason than stuck up politics for them not to carry it. The first time I was Covid positive I called and when I asked to fill the prescription got a very dismissive response back. I was Miserable and to find out I could not do it locally. Then a couple years later when I was positive again, I decided to try again in hopes the first time was just a fluke. Nope! Same response and simply choosing not to carry it.
