I’m very upset. I’ve had 2 appointments here. Referral was sent August 2025. It’s the end of January. Got a call, made an appointment, got all the paperwork filled it out months before my appointment. Finally appointment comes up, I go, and I forgot the intake packet. They forced me to reschedule. I had waited since august for this appointment and when you have chronic pain and no pain management from your PCP, that’s a really long wait. Okay, whatever. I got a new appointment for January 27th about a month from my original appointment. I was called, and told “we have to cancel your appointment, the provider called out sick. I told the lady on the phone I’ve been trying to get in since august 2025. She just goes “I know” and then asks if an appointment next week would work, and the suddenl

This place has actually really helped me, although my pain situation is on going and will be for the rest of my life. My low rating is because you CANNOT get them to answer the phone!!! This has been a major problem for a long time. I’ve even had to go into the facility to get a hold of them. Right now I’m trying to call and no one answers!!!

Well I went for a consult with Dr Kwon. I have multiple health issues and injury damage. My situation is complicated but I was met with knowledge. I did not expect to meet a specialist that had warm genuine character with the willingness and concern for me to know my options. Dr Kwon gave his professional opinion in what route I should take for my health. He is the second doctor that actually listened to me in this valley which is rare while simultaneously making sure I had the knowledge I deserve. You know it really makes a huge difference to patients and their visits with doctors who treat you with respect. I know it makes me want to be the best patient for Dr. Kwon. So far I am extremely disappointed with this place. They are supposed to be a place that people who are experiencing a large amount of pain can go and try to get treated. So far I have had little help from them. They messed up with submitting my initial orders so I was denied by the insurance company. Now I cannot get anyone to return my calls when I inquire about where my treatment is at. If you can avoid this place you should. They certainly do not care about their patients.

This clinic does not help with back pain at all. I have been dealing with back pain since March. I was referred to them in July. Since July I have had several days where I was in sever pain and they tell my to take my anti inflammatory meds and do physical therapy. My pain is so severe that I had to go to the hospital. Pain clinic wants me to do 1 year of physical therapy even after my therapist said it wasn't working. I haven't been able to walk in 3 days and they still won't do anything but anti inflammatories, a very weak muscle relaxer and physical therapy. The hospital said I have 4 buldging discs and that is the cause for my normal pain. The pain clinic said there was none and my images showed no reason for me to be in pain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE YAKIMA PAIN CLINIC! It is a waste of
