Water's Edge Dermatology - Vero Beach

I made an appt online with Dr Daniel Gutierrez. Christina was the nurse who came in first. She made some suggestions to me and told me what the probable outcome would be. Christina was wonderful. The doctor was also excellent. The whole experience was superb and I would recommend Waters Edge Dermatology highly and Dr. Gutierrez and his staff highly. They were very caring and kind and the treatment performed has helped a lot.

The primary reason this office merits any positive recognition is due to a staff member named Almeda, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, the office manager, Liz, was understanding and took the time to listen to my concerns, which I appreciated. That said, my overall experience was disappointing. Although the office has a stated 15-minute grace period, my appointment was denied when I arrived only 9 minutes late—well within that window. This directly contradicts their own guidelines. When patients make a good-faith effort to follow office policies, providers should be held to the same standard. For this reason, I am unable to rate this experience higher than two stars.

As a patient from another location, St Lucie West, I was seen quickly and treated in the usual Waters Edge fashion by the staff in the Vero office. I continue to be impressed by the superior care I have experienced in the various locations. The staff is professional, knowledgable and courteous. Anna Iskandar, my provider goes out of her way to make sure that all of my concerns and needs are met. I have been with Anna for at least 18 years and she continues to keep my innumerable cancerous lesions under control, I am blessed to have met Anna when we moved to FL and found Waters Edge. I highly recommend Waters Edge to everyone and, especially Anna, if you want superior care that Dr Schiff demands and expects from all of his staff.

Waiting time was not much & the Doctor quickly exained me & gave me a good report! Recptionist could be friendlier & clearer in requests. Joy of the Lord is my strength & I pray for Water's Edge to have more joy!

This office and staff are fine. It is clean attractive as are all staff members. The wait time is minimal and the chairs are amazingly comfortable. Small procedures were done in office. Everything was done well, efficiently and quickly. I will return.
