Office staff were very professional and friendly. My first visit with Julie NP was disappointing. She had to be reminded that it was first visit and overall skin check. I was trying to tell her about my previous skin procedures and she moved about my body quickly and did not seem interested with what I had to say. She quickly announced that her Freeze spray would sting and froze three spots on my arm. I am a person as well as a professional nurse for 45 years. Maybe it was because it was Friday at 3 pm but she was totally disconnected from me as a person. Julie take the few minutes to speak with the patient and get a brief history. Trust me that will make you an excellent practitioner instead of mediocre.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful! The appointment person was and still is on it very quickly in bringing you in to see the doctor as soon as an appointment becomes available. The nurse makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Julie Telgen took care of me nicely she’s a very patient lady. There was no long waiting time. Very nice and clean environment.

This is a great facility, highly recommended. It was my first visit since moving here and met with belinda. She was amazing, thorough, professional, kind, karen, and a great personality. Staff was wonderful as well and I clean and beautiful facility. I totally trust this medical office

PA Belinda Girmonde and her assistant, Madison, are professional, courteous, caring, thorough and extremely personable. I always feel like I am in good hands. The wait time was minimal and all staff very pleasant.

Their posted hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, but since no one is ever helpful over the phone, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE I BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY FOR A MONTH STRAIGHT I finally decided to just walk in. That's when I found a dimmed office with no lights on and no one was there. I've been calling this office every single day for a month, and no one ever answers. I even had to call their other location, where the staff was genuinely eager to help but couldn't because they aren't the office I originally went to. When I finally did get through to the right location, there was still no sense of urgency or willingness to assist. Extremely frustrating for anyone who needs timely dermatological care communication here seems completely nonexistent. I cannot recommend this practice. save yourself the t
