My mom and I recently had appointments at Waters Edge Dermatology and unfortunately our experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. When we walked in, we were not greeted at all. I even said “good morning” first, and the receptionist briefly looked up at us and then immediately looked back down without responding. It made for a very unwelcoming first impression. When it was time to check in, my mom provided all of her personal information and was told she had a copay, which she paid. Later we found out they had actually checked in a completely different patient under her and charged my mom for someone else’s copay. I (Stephanie F.) feel they always provide me with prompt service. I was able to get an appointment the next day upon calling the office. They run a tight ship and never have you waiting in the wait room. I was able to attend appointment on a lunch break and return on time. They sent my medication directly to my pharmacy and pick it up the same day. Thanks for providing great service from check in to check out.

I had never been to a dermatologist, ever, prior to having my 1st appointment with Waters Edge Dermatology. From the friendly and helpful staff to the thoroughness of my practitioner, Evelina Ingersoll, I am very satisfied with the care and treatment I have received over the past 1 1/2 years. Any special concerns I may have are given extra attention by her. When a nervous me needed Mohs surgery, the nurses and surgeon were awesome! Highly recommend Waters Edge!

Excellent service! The entire staff is very friendly and always greets you with a smile. Nicole is the best. She always answers my questions and also provides the information I need to make informed decisions regarding my skin health.

Brand new patient to this office and I needed to be seen for a brand new and concerning issue. The phone scheduling person was exemplary, was able to grab a same day appt. The check in process was fast and simple and the desk staff were all quick friendly and helpful. The doctor came in, examined the issue, and was able to quickly and expertly identify, numb, excise and cauterize. Was on my way home, with very clear and concise aftercare instructions within a short time feeling very confident in the results. Specimen to be sent for eval. Very happy it was handled so quickly, especially just a few days before a holiday.
