Water's Edge Dermatology - Palm Bay

I have had nothing but good experiences with Waters Edge Dermatology up until my last visit; in fact, I have been a patient there for over 5 years and have not had one complaint. That all changed with my last visit. I was able to get in last minute to see Keriea Tia Bean, a provider I have never seen before, for a spot on my shoulder. She was amazing during out visit; took a sample of the spot and then I was told that I would have my results within 7-10 days. I am now one day shy of a MONTH since my visit and have tried in vain to get ahold of someone in their office in regards to my biopsy. I have left a message with the biopsy coordinate and two messages with the Palm Bay nurses’ desk and NO ONE has called me back. I have sent a message through the portal and no one has messaged me

This was my first visit to Water’s Edge Dermatology since I just moved to the area, and overall it was a positive experience. The front office staff was friendly, efficient, and made check‑in easy. The medical assistant was truly fantastic! She was very attentive, patient, and understanding of my concerns, especially given my family history of skin cancer and the spots I’ve had removed and tested in the past. The doctor I saw, moved through the appointment much too quickly considering my family's medical history. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as detailed as I would expect for a first visit. After the doctor left the room, I asked the medical assistant her thoughts and she suggested another doctor in the practice who she felt would provide a more thorough exam, which I truly apprecia

I'm an elderly person and I had just chosen to change my insurance when I found myself in need of attention to a very suspect issue (possibly skin cancer). From my first contact with Water's Edge (Tyce and later Chris), I was treated with patience and respect. I felt that I should share my experiences with their "leader" and spoke with Debbie who possesses all the qualities that make an incredible manager not only of associates but of anyone who comes in contact with her. Debbie is energetic, empathetic and positive. Yesterday, as promised, in the event of a cancellation, I got a call from Crystal who assured me that I should not be concerned that I had not received my preliminary paperwork because she would assist me if needed. My husband recently made an appointment with Dr. Shery Varghese. In my husbands words "he was outstanding! A+ on every level" All I can say is if you have the opportunity to meet this Dr. you will understand. There is no doubt in my military mind this Dr. will have his own practice sooner than later.

Dr. Shery Varghese in Palm Bay has a wonderful bedside manner and spends the time needed on your appointment. I once trusted him when he was in Sebastian to remove a Squamous cell growth that I almost had done by a plastic surgeon. He did a great job. I’m grateful for his service and drive the extra distance to see him.
