I was a new patient today and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to see me the same day. The check-in process was smooth and everyone was very kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was friendly and always smiling, and I didn’t have to wait long to be called in. The medical assistant was very attentive, professional, and clearly passionate about her work. She made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was also very kind and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly, including my options and next steps. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the visit feel very comfortable. The doctor was especially wonderful—thorough, attentive, and easy to talk to. They took the time to clearly explain my new psoriasis diagnosis and walked me through a new medication, making sure I understood how it works and what to expect. Dr.Danica Alexander is the best dermatologist you can ever find. She is throrough, very knowledgeable, and very caring. She sees me, my mother, my husband and my daugther. We all have different issues and she has been always right in curing us.
