All of the ladies at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. Although they weren’t able to provide the specific service I was looking for, they took the time to point me in the right direction. Dr. Burns was very knowledgeable and honest in explaining why she couldn’t move forward with the treatment I requested. I really appreciated the transparency and helpfulness. Thank you for your help! I would definitely recommend this office.

Ahead of my youngest daughter’s appointment, I contacted Water’s Edge Dermatology to ask how to authorize my 21-year-old daughter to take my 15-year-old to the appointment due to a work conflict. I was clearly instructed to complete an online authorization form through my secure account, which I did exactly as directed. Today, when they arrived for the appointment, they were turned away because the form allegedly needed a signature, something the online form did not request. If a signature was required, that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time for my daughters and our family.
