Water's Edge Dermatology - Arcadia

One of the best experiences I've had as a patient in a long time. My first visit went smoothly as the wait was minimum and the appointment pleasant and informative. I would recommend Dr. Stevenson and Water's Edge to family and friends.

When we got to our appointment, we stood there for at least 4 minutes before the lady acknowledged us . Then she hollered for someone else to check us in . Upon checking out same person ignored us for 5minutes while she talked on the phone im sure it was a customer or friend for she had a very friendly conversation with this person . We like Dr Stevenson but some of his staff could use some training in etiquette in how to properly treat incoming patients. We were not impressed with that portion of the service .

Great. The office staff, nurses and Dr. Stevenson were all patient, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They took their time to listen to me and discuss my history. They made me feel cared for and restored my hope for a path forward in successfully treating my condition. It was my first visit and I am grateful to have found Water's Edge Dermatology in Arcadia.

0 stars for sure! They only care about getting paid and what insurance will cover. If you end up with an issue that needs taken care of outside of their timeline to get paid, they will not help you. Sydney had poor bedside manner and I was also unimpressed with the nursing staff. I care about my health and if I feel like something needs to be looked at, I am going to make an appointment. But when I arrive to find out that I am not going to see a provider, but makes me sure they just don't care. I found another dermatology office to go to and sure enough, my wound wasn't healing like I thought - it was important that I be seen. I also had a friend arrive for an appointment only to find out they had canceled the appointment due to the doctor leaving the practice. No call, no letter,

I highly recommend Dr. Stevenson at Waters Edge Dermatology in Arcadia, FL He’s professional, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He’s the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. This is coming from someone who once worked for a dermatologist. Everyone there is great from the front desk to the nurse/assistants.
