Waterloo Family Dental

I am terrified of going to the dentist but Andrew and the whole staff were very kind. Dr. Andrew listened to my concerns and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable, and through my root canal consistently paused to make sure I was ok and tell me exactly what he was going to do next. It was so Nice to have a dentist acknowledge that being in that chair sucks at times and he was as gentle and encouraging as he could be. I’ll definitely go back to him for all of my dental needs from now on!

I know no other dentist office that has such a caring and knowledgeable staff. At my first visit Dr. Andrew identified issues with my teeth and gums that no other dentist had ever mentioned in the past. Now I am on the road to good mouth health. .There is another dentist, however I am not familiar with her work. The office staff is very nice and always have smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Waterloo Family Dental.

My one year old daughter chipped her two front teeth and they were able to see us the same day! So blown away by how awesome everyone I met on the team was today and how great they were with her. I’m awful at remembering names lol. Need to make a New Year’s Resolution or something about that but anyways. Hopefully if anyone reads this you remember us or can check the time stamp on this post. The receptionist was super friendly. The hygienist was hilarious. Love her. She seems so genuinely kind and conscientious. The dentist was also amazing. We didn’t feel rushed and he took the time to answer all my anxious, rapid fire questions thoroughly. Looking forward to transferring the whole family here.

I had another great experience at Waterloo Family Dental! Lori did a fantastic job deep cleaning my teeth, as she always makes me so comfortable and eases my dental anxiety. All the staff always make me feel so welcome, and do what they can to accommodate my crazy schedule.

I had a prophy, x-rays, and exam done today and couldn't be any happier! My hygienist Wendy was amazing and left my mouth feeling the cleanest it's ever felt! Dr. Andrew finished with an exam and took the time to go over my next treatment. Dr. Andrew and Wendy are an awesome team, thanks for the great care today!
