Waterloo Audiology - Georgetown

I was a previous client of Hill Country Audiology that was taken over by Waterloo, and I had my first appointment with Arianna this morning. What a great experience! Arianna was attentive, patient, listened to my concerns, and made the adjustments to my 5-year old Phonak that, to me anyway, transformed the quality and benefit of these older devices. I cannot recommend Arianna highly enough.

This review is for patient Bob Myers. Arianna did a wonderful exam to check for any further hearing loss. Good result. She also took an impression of left ear for a new mold and replaced tubing. Nice job, Arianna!!

They are the best. If you're looking for hearing aids or even adjustments. From the front desk Anabel to Marla, my audiologist. They go above and beyond customer service. They genuinely care about their clients. My dog ate my hearing aids and they couldn't be fixed. They had an extra pair that they used for samples and gave those. I was actually struggling due to loosing my job and had no insurance. Now, I was able to afford new ones that my insurance covered and hear much better. Go see them . You won't be disappointed. Arianna was wonderful. The best audiologist I've ever had. I also took my 96 year old mother to her. She was so sweet and patient with her. She is very thorough in explaining things and does not pressure at all to purchase aides, etc.

I have had the good fortune to work with the staff at Waterloo Audiology in Georgetown. They are just amazing. Everyone there is top notch. They always go above and beyond with customers that I sent their way. I could not be happier. Please give them a visit.
