Jacklynn is the greatest. She is my hygienist and has an amazing bedside manner and just knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to dentistry. Dr. Taylor, MeeMee, Laurie, and Brooke are the most welcoming and comforting when it comes to assurance for the best care and support. Great staff all the way around.

The office is always spotless, and the front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The dentists are excellent as well. But the real highlight is Jaqueline (hopefully I’m spelling that right!). She somehow makes a cleaning appointment genuinely enjoyable — chatting about vacations, restaurants, etc… always with a contagious laugh.

I've been coming here for years, and have never been disappointed! The staff is very friendly, as is also the Dentist himself (Dr. Josh). Every time I come here I leave feeling great about the quality of service I received! Also, my hygienist Jacklynn was very personable and did a fantastic job with my cleaning! The office has always been clean and well-maintained at each visit, and their tools are always sterile. I've never gotten sick or ill after a visit here. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking around for an affordable, yet very high-quality Dentist! Their practice is top-notch, A+! 😊👌🏾✊🏾👍🏾 Thanks guys!

I’m not sure why I came back- the first visit I had, they canceled my appointment last minute, via text less than a hour before my appointment. I was surprised that they didn’t offer their patient more time for a cancellation - because they will charge you if you cancel with that short of notice. They did however make an exception because I explained I didn’t have another day to come back. At least the cleaning was done. I rebooked a visit 6 months later- and when I walked in, the receptionist was working at the compute but a sign was up saying that they were at lunch. I stood there for awhile until she finally acknowledged me. I asked if she wanted me to check in or if I needed to wait til 2, she said- I will be with you shortly and turned back to her computer. My daughter has been going here for 3 years, without an issue...until now. She has new insurance, provided her card and NO ONE mentioned they aren't in network with Aetna. She left with a treatment plan for 5 cavities!!!! It was $1500! I called and spoke to Laura/Lori the "office manager" and asked why my daughter was advised they weren't "in network" her response "well, you have out of network benefits" and "she should know her coverage" Yes, every 21 yr old knows that!! She didn't care at all and was very rude. I see they have done this a lot by reading other reviews.
