Water & Sports Physical Therapy

Over the last two years, I’ve had multiple joints needing rehab. Fortunately, I have been put in the hands of experienced clinicians at Water & Sports, who encouraged me, gave the ‘atta girl’ when I earned it, were straight about my prognosis, and gave me hope, always. Team W&S include: Matt, Judd, Carol & Kevin. Sofia is the ringleader keeping all of us ~ even patients ~ on the straight and narrow. Aqua therapy is my favorite. No matter how yucky my body feels, once in the water, l move with ease, no matter the challenge. Get a referral from your surgeon. You will thank me💫

My experience at WSPT (downtown location) has been nothing short of excellent. I sought out physical therapy build up strength and mobility following ankle arthroscopy. I mainly worked with Kevin and Judd. They were very intentional in explaining the reasoning behind all their treatment, and we developed comfortable yet professional patient-provider relationships. They even took the time to learn more about my condition and improve their expertise! The facility is beautiful and you'll experience a great view while doing exercises. ◡̈ My ankle hasn't felt this good in three years - and I'm finally able to play beach volleyball again!!! I have been going to Downtown Water and Sports for my PT needs since 2015. All the Physical Therapists are very knowledgable, professional and great fun even during the most trying times. But of course the most important thing: They have been able to properly diagnose and treat my problems as well as teach me how to move my body properly to prevent further injury. I have not had a single bad therapist or therapy assistant and have referred everyone I know to this location.

The PTs here are amazing as people as well as professionals. It's also a great environment. I worked with Brittany, Dayna and Ali. All of them amazing and went the extra mile to help me recover from my injuries with both soft tissue work and neurological training. Ali has extraordinary abilities. She tackled every aspect of my neck injury from ROM to radiating pain/weakness in my armd from nerves. She helped bring strength back and neck to my arms and lower the pain after surgery and great damage suffered from a big car accident. She and hit every bodily issue dead center. BIG props

I’m so grateful for Water & Sports Physical Therapy. Judd truly listens to what I need and has provided incredible guidance during my recovery process. He continuously meets me where I am and adapts thoughtfully to provide extraordinary care. Judd’s attention to detail, patience, belief in growth, intelligence, and patient first care makes me feel very lucky to have him on my team. I have gained so much strength and no matter what hurdles I go through, he does everything he can to support. I couldn’t recommend Judd enough. He’s truly incredible at what he does.
