This is Carlos Ortiz and I highly recommend Watchung Hills PT. Especially Matt. Excellent treatment and service. I suffer from frozen shoulder and worked with Matt who has done a terrific job relieving the pain and improving my range of mobility. They were recommended by my orthopedist and now I see why. Also they are a pleasure to work with. Great staff. Really nice people. Matt is a real pro.

I just finished 6 weeks of physical therapy here with Matthew Dudek and I feel better than I have in years. I've suffered from intense back/shoulder blade pain for the past decade and with his help, I feel significantly better. After my first appointment, it was clear to me that not only is Matt extremely knowledgable in the world of physical therapy, but he also genuinely cares about his patients. What a pleasure to work with James (for my first week) and Matt (for the remaining 5 weeks) to ease the aching and pain in my shoulder! My first experience going to physical therapy and it was done professionally, showing me additional and helpful strengthening exercises and stretching exercises to ease my discomfort! I have had back pain since I was young. Over the years I have seen a handful of doctors and chiropractors over the years. I had a consultation with James Santillo and he came up with a plan of action for what specific for me. James also helped out my wife after her knee operations! He also helped other family members and friend with ankle, hip and neck issues. James spends time with his clients, and is very attentive to their needs!
