Bad service they dont know what they are doing. I called for a tint waiver form and ask 3 times before doing anything after the doctor sees me she says she cant do that. Also said they take my insurance and when i had to paid the lady said the dont take my insurance. The only reason i will ever come back to this place is to get my money back.
