Washington Regional Ozark Urology

I've been going to Ozark Urology for almost 20 years, since relocating to NWA. After all of these years I'm looking for a new Doctor/Clinic. I've most recently been going to Dr. Jackson, after others have retired over the years. My Doctor: 5 Stars The Staff: 1 Star 1) The office staff is very difficult to reach. Seldom is the phone answered, and I wait for call-backs while I balance work meetings, and can't answer. Endless phone tag. Refilling a prescription or transitioning to a new script when one is no longer available is nearly impossible. I've been without a script I've lived with for many years for weeks at a time. Pharmacy says Doctor won't respond, and the staff at Ozark say they don't get the request. When its finally resolved and filled, it's a 20-day refill??? I've be

I was referred to this clinic to see Lindsey for frequent UTIs and urinary urgency. As a healthy 21-year-old, I was told I likely had interstitial cystitis and was instructed to follow a very restrictive elimination diet, which left me barely eating. I sought a second opinion from another provider at the clinic and was told this approach was unreasonable for someone my age and to keep a food log instead. Upon my follow up, despite no consistent dietary patterns, Lindsey again recommended the elimination diet and referred me to pelvic floor physical therapy. The referral was sent to the wrong office. I haven’t been here in a few years, but a friend’s poor experience at another hospital reminded me of how much I loved this place and how well they treated me at one of the scariest times in my life with a very uncomfortable and personal matter. Thanks to their patience and help, over the course of about 12 months, I have managed my symptoms so well that I haven’t even had to think about revisiting for several years. I always felt very loved and seen here. Thank you all.

Dr. Jackson has really been beneficial for my urological health. I had an issue with prostititis. He gave me great care, counsel and healing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Mark Jackson has been my wife’s Urologist for about 10 years and now as I am his new patient, I look forward to seeking his care and advice working together on any issues that I may run into as I just turned 59 years old. Dr. Jackson has a great bedside manner and is a wonderful listener! My wife thinks so very highly of Dr. Jackson and now I understand why after my first appointment!
