I had an appointment for 2p.m, so I arrived the recommended 15 minutes early. I waited and waited; then a man checked in for a 3 o’clock appointment. He’d hardly sat down before he was called back to the treatment room. I asked why and was told they had just implemented a new protocol for seeing patients and had “just overlooked” that I had checked in!

I was seen by Hannah Smith. I was seen quickly, Hannah was very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like I'm going to finally get answers to my health issues

Dr Patel is a very friendly and caring doctor. He is thorough. He communicates complex medical diagnoses in a manner for me to understand. In a few short visits Dr Patel has earned my complete trust and confidence. I know I am in great hands with Dr Patel. 10/10

I saw Dr Hicks for my throat. He and his staff are very professional, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. I wasn’t looking forward to my procedures, but they made sure very thing went fine. You will be in good hands if you choose them!
