Washington Regional Emergency Department

I was treated compassionately with respect and dignity. Everyone on staff was kind and attentive. My nurse Melissa was wonderful--I didn't even feel it when she started my IV! Dr Daniel was great. He sewed me up like a champ and was pleasant and concerned about my welfare. I'm thankful for having such a wonderful and highly respected facility in my neighborhood.

Washington Regional is outstanding. I can't believe we are so lucky as to have this superb hospital right here in Fayetteville. If I had family or friends visiting from either coast and in need of medical help, I would bring them here in a heartbeat. Thanks to everyone on the team -- tremendous job.

The level of care was both courteous and professional not to mention expedient by both the nurses that attended me, especially my primary nurse and Dr. Quinn, who was most informative about each procedure and even came to pick up one of the forms for the MRI procedure himself to help expedite the process. Very professional and polite indeed. I would DEFINITELY recommend this facility to my friends and families. Thank you so much for this survey to give me the opportunity to voice my appreciation during a very scary and lonely ordeal. Much oblige to them all. GOD BLESS them and the work they do every day.

The medical care I received was excellent. My only negative feedback was they were very busy. I was there about 7 1/2 hours to receive a CT and some lab work. However, all of the staff, nurses and doctors were great and I had peace of mind when I left.

I knew that I had a broken wrist, and possible ankle injury. The staff greeted me immediately. They reviewed my vitals, sent me for CT and xrays. I did have to wait a while for pain relief, but it wasn't too long.. I was treated with care and dignity. I loved them all. It hasn't been that way at other facilities. They are the best! Waiting for relief is hard, but the do their best.
