I’ve never had an overall exceptional experience ever! From the front desk staff to the overall cleanliness to the tech. The Tech went above and beyond! I’m claustrophobic and he put a eye mask on me and ear plugs with headphones playing The Temptations Christmas album. Had I opened my eyes without that mask I would have freaked out like I’ve done in the past!!. I greatly appreciated the care that I received that I believe we all should receive without hesitation!! Thank you MedStar for the best MRI ever!

Between being on hold and getting transferred 9xs back and forth and told to press multiple options in still on hold 49 minutes later and no assistance. Oh and all of this is because they are canceling my appointment again for the 2nd time after waiting 6 months for an appointment.

I had an awesome experience. The ladies who work here are kind & make you feel at ease.
