Dr. Mofrad and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt truly cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Highly recommend!

They screwed up and didn't bill my insurance until after it had ended and expected me to pay for their mistake. They won't let you pay your bill online and the woman answering the phone was very rude. Dr. Mofrad was nice, but it's not worth dealing with his office staff to see him. In addition to this costly mistake they made, the bill said that I had to call if there was financial difficulty. They were extremely rude and refused to offer any options other that paying in full or being sent to collections. After all that has happened to me recently I absolutely didn't need this rudeness and expense because of them. I have never had a worse billing experience.

Been looking for a doctor & luckily I found Dr. Mofrad. He truly takes so much pride in his work and he genuinely cares about his patients. I recommend this office.

The doctor appears nice on the surface, but in reality, he lacks the patience to thoroughly assess the condition and instead orders a barrage of tests. I'm not sure if exaggerating the severity of the illness provides any financial benefit to the doctor, but that's the impression I got. He is skilled at using scare tactics to persuade patients, and he doesn't explain the criteria for his diagnoses—even if you ask, he doesn't have the time or patience to help, taking advantage of the information asymmetry where ordinary patients can't accurately gauge the seriousness of their condition. He cleverly knows this and exploits it. I left more anxious than informed. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my father. They said they didn't have anything available until January. I asked the first young lady the exact name of the doctor so I can maybe find another doctor sooner. I didn't understand what she was saying to me. I asked her to please repeat herself. I didn't understand her again so I asked her to please spell it out. She didn't reply to me You can't spell? Then immediately put me on hold. I stayed on hold for 10 minutes. She didn't come back and then hung up and called back again and I can't tell if it was the same young lady or different young lady and she said she was different. I Kindly asked her her name. She said I didn't need to know her name. She then became silent. I could hear in the background that I was not on hold you
