This office is a scam. X-Rays are so low quality that when I brought them to another dentist, she told me they were essentially useless. Was at the office for over 2 hours for a simple cleaning. Dentist would not quote me on the out of pocket price of procedures (seemingly to make it seem like my insurance is really giving me a ‘deal’) and was extremely hesitant to explain needed procedures. Staff is friendly but that is the only nice thing I can say. Would give zero starts if I could.

I left with tears of joy after my appointment. I have never been so supported and cared for in a dental office. All of the staff are super friendly and thorough with their work. I had a cavity filled and it was the fastest I have ever experienced. Done within five minutes. The doctor was communicative and I felt safe. He even went above and beyond to take extra photos of the work that I still need to send over to my insurance to help me get it covered. This is a dental office that truly cares. ❤️ Thank you Washington dental group!

I’m the type of person who feared coming to the dentist until I found this place. The whole staff here are very nice! Dentist is very fast and efficient in work. Wish i could put more stars for how amazing this place is. Thank you for helping me face my fears of the dentist.

I really tried to like this dental office. I went twice for check-ups and each time they managed to add costs on top of what my insurance covered. The first time it was for a "deeper cleaning." Yet, it felt no different from a regular cleaning. In fact, I still noticed stains afterwards. I've had better cleanings from dental students. The second time, they filled a small chip and said if I didn't take care of it I would need a root canal (they told me I would need a root canal my first visit too). I've had dentists who give me options... who do not immediately jump to root canal, who seem to use scare tactics. The reception is not friendly and does not accommodate patient requests. I'm glad to see patients have had good experiences here. I'm disappointed that was not my experience.

I went in for a follow up cleaning after a prior visit last fall. The staff was friendly, seated me quickly and set up the room for the doctor, and I was soon being examined and then cleaned. The doctor confirmed the need to replace an old crown (which we previously discussed), and I confirmed an appointment to do that. I was out the door an hour after arriving. Teeth clean, and no residual irritation or pain.
