Washington Adventist Hospital

The emergency room staff is very very rude. The nurse told my mother (who saying she is freezing cold) she cant and doesn’t need anymore blankets. The RNs act like you are bothering them while explaining what’s going on with my parent. They are actually really rude and disrespectful to patients and their family members. I would never recommend this emergency room to anybody at all. I got shot and I wouldn’t dare come here.

Second visit to this ER. First visit the triage nurse was rude, dismissive, and all around just an unpleasant woman. Was referred by an incompetent urgent care doctor and had full diagnostics done 30 minutes before arrival. All of the information was ignored by the triage nurse and other staff, and by the time the doctor saw me several hours later, he seemed shocked. Dr. was very nice and had me out in 10 minutes, though. Today, I am here with my fiance, who was T-Boned at an intersection by an idiot driver. At first, he was just sore, but then bruising and swelling started, so we went to have him seen. The nurses are literally verbally arguing amongst each other in the hallway, right in front of us. The information of him being in an accident wasn't relayed, so they once again had no idea

New building. Same garbage “care.” Waited 7 hrs for stitches. Finally got taken back and the room had not been cleaned. The whole triage looked dirty and unsanitary. Medical personnel are exceedingly rude and dismissive as per usual. Shouldn’t have given the new facility a chance. Typical Adventist unapologetic mediocrity. I feel absolutely horrible for bringing my kid here.

I'm reading some of these reviews and would like to know what hospital are they referring too? This hospital is the most attentive, professional and considerate facility I've ever been too!! Thank you for helping me get my health back!!

my friend came here and it took them 15 hours to figure out what she had and she is also a nurse and also had to tell them how to do your jobs horrible hospital don't come here
