I wish I hadn’t put up with a sore toe on and off for so long, hoping pedicures would somehow fix it. By the time I finally called, my toe was infected and I was honestly pretty anxious—but I’m so glad I did. From the very first phone call, I felt supported. The receptionist who answered the phone took the time to walk me through my scheduling options, especially since I had a root canal scheduled for the following day and my toe was also infected, and she was able to get me in that same day. She was patient, informative, and helped me feel confident about the timing and what made the most sense. When I arrived, Nini—Dr. Washburn’s super sweet wife and the operations manager—immediately put me at ease. She calmed my fears, explained aftercare and options in a way that was easy to underst

I went there twice The first time I was there for 1 hour and then a woman came in with a terrible cough and so I told the receptionist I had leave She made a second appointment for 9:00 , I had already finished the paperwork so I waited for 20 minutes. He evidently likes to keep his patients waiting. 20 minutes and I left. I sold the receptionist to take me out of the system. I will never go back. He has no respect for his patients time. He may be ok but you have to like sitting around doctors offices or see another doctor. If i could give him a 0 I would

Dr Washburn spent a great deal of time explaining the issues with my feet. He is very well informed and was able to offer an alternative to consider instead of surgery. He and his staff were very kind. Beautiful clean office!
