My brother has been there for 20 years with a head injury. They are wonderful to him. It’s clean and the staff is kind.

My toxic family went around me and put my father in one of the worst nursing homes they could find. This one! He fell on the very first day and his hand was black and blue because no one would answer his call light and he had to go to the bathroom so he tried to take himself. He got pneumonia and no one on their nursing staff noticed until I pointed it out to them...probably from leaving him laying there in 40 degree weather with the window open with COPD/emphysema, in nothing but a diaper in October/November. No blankets or no shirt covered him when I went to visit, just a diaper. When I told my Aunt that I wanted to move my father to a better nursing home, where they actually cared for their patients, she told me she'd fight me on it, so I had to leave him in this death trap and watch hi

My Grandfather is a resident at Warrenton Manor and he is my world. Putting him in a nursing home was a very tough decision for me to make. He has been at Warrenton Manor for 3 years now and he is doing great. Jenny Brown is the Social Worker there and she helped us get Grandpa in and registered. She continues to help him everyday and go above and beyond her job to make sure he is taken care of. The nursing staff here is amazing and they call me to let me know anytime he gets a scratch. He is 92 years and has dementia, the staff here goes above and beyond to make him comfortable and to help him when he forgets something. This is an amazing place for your lived ones.

Warrenton Manor doesn’t deserve a star!! They called the police on my sister . She wasn’t given her medication that day. She had been there three days. Escaping the day before. Ambulance took her to Barnes Jewish hospital for 21 days! I shutter to think of horrors she experienced. She is now at Barathaven assisted living dementia facility at O Fallon . They are well trained! My sister has been there over 3 months without incidents. Warrenton Manor staff apologized and admitted they needed more training. I know you love your loved one, so pass by Warrenton Manor !!! It isn’t a secured facility and if they got out the interstate could be deadly! Warrenton Manor Advertise they are a Dementia facility! Believe me they aren’t.

Our family member has been at Warrenton Manor since November 2020. She has had excellent care from day one. The staff has been wonderful and kept us informed as needed, always responsive when we have questions or requests. Our resident consistently remarks how pleased she is with the facility and staff and she says she would recommend Warrenton Manor to anyone. Our family totally agrees with her!
