Warren Park Health and Living Center

At 67 years old, my brother has finally received the help and care that our family prayed for all his life. He has had many traumatic brain injuries from football, boxing, rugby, and diving. He was also an alcoholic with a history of minor strokes. As a result of all of this, his short-term memory has been adversely affected. I visit him on Sundays and another brother sees him during the week, so we have a good understanding of how he’s doing. He’s thriving! For example, after some p.t. sessions for his arthritic hip, he no longer uses a walker. A word about the staff- Celia, my brother’s social worker, is terrific. She’s our go-to person and touchstone. She actually responds to email and phone calls. Activities are Donna’s purview, and she lets us know about walks outside or cool brai

I taught a Cpr class at this facility, I must say The staff at this nursing home are incredibly caring and attentive. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a warm, home-like environment.

Warren Park was the perfect place for my mom with dementia. Unfortunately, my mother passed away after a short stay. During her stay, the nurses, CNA's, Administration and staff members were awesome. Even, the food was surprisingly good. We were very involved, visiting on the regular and calling during the night to check on her. Warren Park have a lot of activities for the residents. They have a movie room, vending machines, outside patio for smoking/fresh air. If you are looking for a safe place for your love ones, this is the place.

I've been here for 9 hours. The 1st thing is the 1st floor smells like an ashtray and piss, BIG TIME!! But I heard that the other floors are more decent. We'll see..... I'll leave another review later....Okay, moved to the 2nd floor and it's 100% better! For all of the craziness the staff works hard. Everyone is very nice and helpful as much as possible. Raised from 3 star to 4.The neighborhood is very nice and I would recommend that people who need help this place is prettygood. It does need some painting and some TLC, but I grew to like the place after a while. I miss a lot of people there!! Darin.
