I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with this office. They get ZERO STARS from me, I’ve endured enough. From start to finish, the level of rudeness and lack of professionalism was shocking. On more than one occasion, staff members were dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking basic courtesy. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was zero effort to make patients feel comfortable — which is especially concerning for a dental office where people may already feel anxious. On top of that, the pricing is extremely high for the quality of service provided. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at the very least there should be premium professionalism. That was not my experience.

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in @ 9am but Greeted other patients with a smile and telling them they don’t have to sign in & just to sit down. Kept telling me I didn’t have an appointment scheduled which i did & showed the other doctor cause she mixed up my appointments after I just told her why I was there she still proceeded to tell the doctor something else & Not to mention when I tried to get an understanding for the charges that I had to pay out of pocket, she rolled her eyes, the audacity of her like that isn’t part of your job. I kindly asked for my money back and left. A business that doesn’t show respect or value customers is not for myself or my children. I will be finding another dentist office

I strongly do not recommend this clinic. As a result of the “treatment” I received here, I am now facing serious dental problems. Almost all of the teeth that were filled at this clinic are painful. For two of them, I had to get crowns because the pain after the fillings was unbearable. No one warned me beforehand that a filling could be too close to the nerve or cause such complications. Instead, when I returned with severe pain, I was simply told that root canal treatment and crowns were necessary. I returned to the clinic multiple times complaining about persistent pain. Each time, I was told that I simply have sensitive teeth. However, I never had such issues before receiving treatment at this clinic. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. I’ve been going to Warren Laser Dentistry for years. Within the last year, I have noticed the quality of care here has decreased. For starters, the receptionists can be rude sometimes. After my most recent visit, I will no longer be returning. My visit was rushed, and my concerns were not heard. My fillings always seem to become chipped or fall out after the work here recently. Even my friends and family who come here have had the same experience. The dentist who was filling in my tooth did not appear to care about my pain and then downplayed that I was even feeling pain. In addition to this, the side where I received the filling is constantly causing me pain. I no longer believe I am receiving the best care here and have taken my business elsewhere.

I had major anxiety about going to the dentist due to past traumatic experiences, and I avoided dental visits for years because of it. When I finally decided to face that fear and find a dentist I could truly feel comfortable with, I found these amazing people. The dentist and the entire staff have been nothing but kind, patient and supportive. Choosing this office was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. :)
