I was a bit reluctant given some of the negative reviews but Dr. Young was AMAZING! I took him for my 14 yo daughter who is a track athlete and he had excellent bedside manner, did a very thorough exam and answered all of our questions plus provided additional info on nutrition and exercises. I was very impressed and really enjoyed meeting this doctor and having him involved in my daughter’s care.

I met with Dr Young for pain in my finger. He had nothing to offer other than use ice and bind it to the finger next to it. I went elsewhere for second opinion and they want MRI to look for tissue damage. Also told by other Dr that finger should be used and not bound to finger next to it. Dr Young seemed disinterested and dismissive, no further test or follow up. Visit was a waste of my time.

Dr. Young has been fabulous in treating my knee. His diagnosis was spot on, and he has been extremely patient and clear in answering my questions. I appreciate his honesty in talking through options if I were to continue playing the sport that led to the injury. Dr. Young is respectful, knowledgeable, super smart and compassionate. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Not a personable provider. Expressionless, robotic demeanor, although he probably (barely) passed minimal expectations on respect level shown. He did address most of my questions/comments but keep in mind this type of doctor (primary sports medicine) is generally a triage provider who will slow walk through the diagnosis and testing process as much as possible to limit usage of specialists and additional testing. I would not go back to provider should I need further care in the future, based on personality/presentation not being great.
